AIPM SMALL & MID CAPS EUROPE UCITS FUND is an absolute return fund that invests in small to medium sized European companies.
The fund’s investment objective is to achieve a substantial real-term increase in the value of the fund’s assets over the long term by Investing in growth companies in Europe.
The fund’s assets shall be invested in accordance with the principle of risk diversification primarily in equity securities of small and medium-sized companies (“small and mid caps”) that are listed on a stock exchange and have promising long-term growth prospects.
As a rule, these companies must have their registered office in a European country or conduct the bulk of their business in Europe.
The term “equity securities” refers principally to shares, dividend right certificates and participation certificates. However, depending on its assessment of the situation on the various financial markets, the Fund Manager may also invest up to 45% of the sub-fund’s assets in liquidity and money market instruments, especially if it considers that the outlook makes investments in equities inopportune.
The fund is suitable only for investors who are prepared to assume the heightened risks associated with equity investments in small to medium size companies.
